Description : We are Canada based organization looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for scanning and conversion work.
Scope :
1. We have a digital document management system, but require these existing hardcopy drawings to be converted to suitable digital formats
2. Preparation of documents (i.e. flattening, taping, etc) for scanning, cost per hour of work
3. Large format color scans, cost per square foot
4. Large format black and white scans, cost per square foot
5. Oversized black and white scans (over 36 width), cost per square foot
6. Assigning logical names to all digital files, cost per file
7. Conversion of TIFF to PDF images, cost per conversion
8. Grouping of related PDF images into a single file, cost per grouping
9. Index/bookmark creation for multi page PDF files, cost per minute of work
10. Any additional associated costs involved with this project
11. Approximately 14000 pages of large format planning and engineering related drawings in hardcopy format
12. Method and cost of digital file transfer
This is Onshore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than Jan 12, 2010 by 2.00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
