Requirements :
1. Conversion a Solid Works drawing into .dwg .pdf .x_t and .eprt formats
2. Analyze and extract information from the Solid Works drawing in order to determine how it will name and store the converted files
3. Application may also need to make save name decisions and set properties based on the presence, absence or state of files already existing in the master drawing database
4. Verify that the drawing id fully resolved, if not, end with message box
5. Drawings weather stored in the job folders or a master folder should only be accessible through the Master Drawing Database.
