There are two possibilities I see:

1. Use the 5 images at the top to form a creative advertisement
2. Use the 5 images at the top AND the image on the left to form a creative advertisement

Some specs for the images: the five images at the top have dimensions 97x68px, and the profile picture on the left should be 180 by (max) 540px.
We need some fun.
