Description: We are India (Assam) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for digitalization and preparation of drawings. The duration of the contract is 12 months.

Scope:
1. Arrange the required hardware, software, labor, consumables, tools, cartridge tape, equipments, stationeries etc as per requirement and direction of Engineer-In-Charge (EIC).
2. Prepare detail engineering drawings as and when required of any discipline of Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, instrumentation, Process etc.) after taking actual measurement on site as per the instruction of our Engineer. Check print on hard copy shall be submitted to concerned officer for checking. After incorporating all comments and approval of the same from concerned officer / EIC, the final print on hard copy as well as tracing paper shall be submitted.
3. Prepare detail engineering drawings as listed above complete in all respect from the input data and detailed line sketches, calculations etc. provided to Service Provider and submit one print on hard copy for checking. After checking and approval of the same by the concern our officials, final print on hard copy as well as tracing paper shall be submitted.
4. Prepare error free engineering drawings (all disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process etc) in both Auto CAD and pdf formats (each drawing in two formats) out of the original hard copies (in Ammonia Print, Tracing sheet, White sheets etc) available with us at our site in Assam for our online reference and use. The drawings shall be in standard sizes of A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4. Service Provider has to first submit the Check print on hard copy to concerned officer for checking. Afterwards, Service Provider shall prepare final print after incorporating all comments and corrections done on the check print. Service Provider shall submit single hard copy of the corrected copy/print as well as in tracing paper and the converted Auto CAD & Pdf drawings in CD/ DVD etc
5. Maintain a register (in soft form or hard form) indicating progress of the job on daily basis.
6. Necessary office space to setup Computers, Scanners, plotters and other peripherals shall be provided. Electricity will be free of charge.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 26, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
