Description: We are India (WB) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for Auto cad and drafting service. Service Provider will provide the professional AutoCad drafting service at various offices for a period of one year from the date of the work order.

Scope:
1. Service Provider shall arrange for providing professional AutoCAD drafting services at various offices located in Kolkata as decided by the Engineer of the Contract.
2. Such services should be made available at any of the offices during normal working hours (9-30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. with half an hour recess in between) on the every week (Monday to Friday) as per the work requirement and in case of exigencies on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays but with an advance notice of 1 day in the later case.
3. Unless otherwise requisitioned, Service Provider shall have to provide 8 simultaneous operations in same or different offices daily during the tenure of the contract.
4. These operations will be carried out under the guidance of departmental officers who will also certify the successful completion of each operation supervised by them.
5. One operation will be defined as one day’s work from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM by one technically qualified AutoCAD draftsman (minimum AutoCAD draftsmanship certificate is necessary) having adequate experience.
6. Equipments and Stationeries: All equipments and stationeries for the work shall be provided by the respective departments where the drafting service will be rendered.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 105600 INR and the EMD is 5000 INR.
