Description: We are India (Bihar) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for scanning of different size plans. The duration of the contract is 2 months.

Scope:
1. Provide scanned document of plans which are available in different sizes for which required labor, equipment, materials (i.e. computer, scanner, stationery, etc.) shall be arranged by the Service Provider.
2. These services will be performed at our premises in Bihar.
3. Space and Electricity will be provided by us at no charge to Service Provider, i.e. free of cost.
4. Measurement of original plan will be considered for payment.
5. Service Provider will have to provide colored copy of scan.
6. Soft Copy should be provided in CD.
7. Scanned document shall be arranged division wise; section, block section and kilometers wise and suitably hyperlinked to enable tracing of specific plan with arrangements so that the file could be sent for printing from page itself. The document so prepared may be uploaded on our website.
8. VOLUME:
a. Up to A3 size – 2134000 (Unit Sq. inch.)
b. Beyond A3 size – 1084000 (Unit Sq. inch.)

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 193080 INR and the EMD is 9870 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact before June, 22, 2010, 2:30 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
