Description: We are India (Uttaranchal) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam and Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and digitalization of reports.

Scope:
1. Scanning and digitalization of reports
2. Approximate number of reports is 125 containing 12000 pages
3. Cleaning and cropping of images
4. Make the images de-spackle, straight which will include removing of small dots between texts
5. Providing equal margins all around text
6. Preparing the files for scanning/digitalization which will include removal of tags, binding etc
7. Converting the data to PDF form
8. Scanning and Storing the Data in Scanned form
9. The output should be in 2 forms:
i. PDF document with indexing for printing
ii. PDF document with indexing for viewing over website
10. Handing over the files back in original condition
11. Handing over the data in PDF files on appropriate electronic media
12. Transferring the PDF files on the hard disk computers
13. Document sizes may vary from A4, A3 and above.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 5000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 28, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email.
