Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for digitalization of records and maps for spatial database creation.

Scope:
1. Provide digital vector digital data, with complete clean/edit/topology building processing in specified formats, confirming all accuracy and completeness requirements, along with associated feature codes.
2. Source document for all digitization work will be paper maps/Scanned map/Raster Data: This shall include vector, raster and thematic maps on various scales and resolution. Cadastral maps including Khasra number may be required to be digitized.
3. Digitization of all restricted maps is to be carried out by Service Provider at our premises using Service Provider’s own hardware, software and manpower.
4. Digitization:
a. Digitized vector data is supposed to be in planner form that is all intersections of lines and significant features on a line should be marked by nodes.
b. Labels marked on the map should be digitized as point and not as text or annotation.
c The final vector data should be topologically completed and should be transformed, to the base data provided by us. However each data may need not to be transformed, but it should be done as per the requirement reflected in the design document.
5. All the features digitized, would be assigned feature codes. Service Provider will ensure complete and proper association of the corresponding feature codes all features.
6. Spatial Database & attribute data attachment: Service Provider is required to group various features in different classes /coverage, with the proper ground control reference points. Service Provider will also provide a comprehensive coverage containing all control points, and other such important features along with attribute data.
7. Assure that the digital vector data is accurate and complete.
8 The digitization services cover use of satellite imagery in various resolution (viz. AWIFF; 56m, LISS-III;23.5 m, PAN;5.8 and Quick Bird;0.61m) as well as digital topographic & other resource map (viz. soil map, land degradation map, cadastral maps etc.), raster & vector data in various size (A0, A1, A2 etc) and scales (1:1M, 1:250K, 1:50 K, 1:15000, 1:4000 etc) of mapping with attribute data.
9.All the paper maps/raster data/satellite data will be used as input data for Creation of Spatial Database (Digitization) of different layers.
