Title : Preparation of Drawings
Clients Approx Budget : 371000 INR
Description : We are India based (Kerela) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam Service. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Preparation of Drawings. The works shall be completed in all respects within Six Months from the date of issue of letter of acceptance for this tender.
Scope :
1) Service Provider will be required to prepare Level Crossing Plans, stage plan/final stage plans of yards, LWR diagrams, index plan, Index Section, Working plans, working sections and completion plans of minor bridges, major bridges, land plans etc.
2) All labour and materials, Tools & plants including computer will have to be arranged by Service Provider. Only power supply will be arranged free by us during the course of working.
3) All the plans and drawings are to be prepared in AutoCAD.
4) Service Provider will also be required to draft copies of plans prepared for verifying and incorporating corrections. One final drawing in tracing paper showing proposal in red and existing details in black with CD etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in –charge.
5) Drawings prepared by the Service Provider are to be submitted in good quality film and not in CD as per the plan /details given by us and as directed by the Engineer –in-charge. One draft copy should be submitted before finalizing the drawing for verifying the correctness.
6) Service Providers can visit the site of work in their own interest and acquaint themselves with the site conditions and expected quantum of work.
This tender is Onshore and Onsite. Our approximate budget for this work is 371000 INR and the EMD, for this tender is 7420 INR. Interested service providers must submit their responses on or before January 19, 2010 by 11:00 Am by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
